   These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, agreements, and services provided by Belgambia Tours & Guesthouse Ltd., unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Reservation & Payment
   A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and/or payment. Amendments or cancellations are permitted solely in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Prices
   All published prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rates remain subject to change until the booking has been confirmed in writing.

4. Liability
   Belgambia Tours & Guesthouse Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, delays, or deficiencies caused by third parties or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and cancellation insurance.

5. Conduct of Guests
   Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the environment. In the event of serious misconduct, Belgambia Tours & Guesthouse Ltd. reserves the right to deny or terminate services without entitlement to a refund.

6. Complaints
   Any complaints must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days after the end of the service or stay to contact@senegambiabirding.com. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.

7. Changes by Us
   Belgambia Tours & Guesthouse Ltd. reserves the right to amend services, prices, or these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms shall apply from the date of publication onwards.

8. Applicable Law & Disputes
   These terms and any related agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Gambia.

 

 

LEGAL OWNERSHIP & PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION

In The Gambia, it is especially important to exercise caution when it comes to property transactions. Unfortunately, it is still all too common for land or buildings to be sold or transferred unlawfully, without the knowledge of the rightful owner. This can have serious legal and financial consequences, both for local and international parties. At Belgambia Tours & Guesthouse Ltd., we take this reality extremely seriously.

Our lodge, the entire property in Mandinari, and all associated infrastructure are fully and officially registered in the name of our company, as recognized by the relevant governmental authorities. This registration is not only administrative, but also legally binding and essential, as part of our land lies within the protected Tanbi Wetlands National Park. We hold all the necessary documents, permits, and ownership certificates, properly registered with the Gambian government and other relevant institutions. Our property is also actively monitored and legally protected.
